From The Creepshow comes Sarah Blackwood and her second solo album "Wasting Time". As I said previously in my Creepshow review this girl can sing her heart out and she has a very unique voice for country music. The style of her music is your old classic country but with a "new age" voice. She stirs far away from pop country she takes it in a different direction, I'm sure if you asked her what she sounds like I'm sure she would say "I don't sound like anybody" (thanks Elvis.) Her lyrics are mostly about breaking up, love, and relationships in general almost like all your old favorite country songs. Musically she has a generic country sound (in a good way) containing the steel guitar and banjo with the popular country rhythm but she has a great style that she melds with everything. I'm very excited to see what she will put out in the future and hopefully she will hit some stardom with her solo career in the country music community. It is also really cool how she doesn't bring The Creepshow sound into her solo stuff, she has a good head on her shoulders and she has a butt load of talent to show.
