From the moment your ears hear the opening track "Turn It Out" you know you stepped into a inhuman music wonderland. Every song, every beat, every scrape of the screeching bass guitar are beautifully constructed to a wonderful escape into a different sound of "indie rock" and leaves you wanting more..but there isn't anymore...I know...it sucks. This duo (yes duo) broke up after their first album, they did manage to put out some EP's and remixes but nothing amounts to this. This album was introduced to me years ago and to this day I still listen to it all the time. It does no wrong. With just a bass player and a drummer who sings as well they do very well for themselves and are loud as hell. Their lyrics are humorous and also very sexual and you find yourself zoning off into the unknown sometimes and wondering how are they doing this with just the two of them. All I can tell you it is real but it feels like a dream. Just press play and you will see.
